1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mississippi RideForce platform, driver application, worker application, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Mississippi RideForce operates as a technology platform connecting Mississippi workers with independent drivers to facilitate recurring, scheduled transportation to and from places of employment. We do not provide transportation services directly and are not a transportation carrier.

3. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and scheduling.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Appropriate Conduct: You agree to treat all riders and drivers with respect and refrain from illegal, abusive, or dangerous behavior during trips.

4. Payments and Billing

Workers pre-fund their accounts using our wallet system to cover scheduled rides. Drivers are paid as independent contractors via Stripe Connect upon successful completion of a trip. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on wallet balances and cancellations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Mississippi RideForce disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mississippi RideForce be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to delays, missed shifts, or lost wages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
