Security Policy
Last Updated: July 11, 2026
1. Our Commitment to Security
At Mississippi RideForce, we take the security of your personal and financial information seriously. We employ industry-standard security measures to ensure that your data is protected at all times.
2. Data Encryption
- In Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using modern TLS 1.2+ protocols.
- At Rest: Sensitive data, such as bank routing and account numbers, are securely encrypted at rest in our databases using AES-256 encryption.
3. Access Controls
Access to our production environments and sensitive customer data is strictly limited to authorized personnel. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for all administrative access, and access logs are monitored to detect unauthorized activities.
4. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Users
We provide all users with the option to secure their accounts using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via Authenticator Apps or Backup Codes. We strongly encourage all users to enable MFA from their Profile settings to add an extra layer of protection to their accounts.
5. Vulnerability Management
We regularly scan our infrastructure and codebase for vulnerabilities. We actively monitor and patch our systems to protect against emerging threats and ensure a secure environment.
6. Reporting Security Vulnerabilities
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our platform, please report it to our Information Security Officer at dectrickmcgee@rideforce.app. We appreciate your help in keeping our community secure.
