Mississippi RideForce communicates with you primarily through Email and Push Notifications to ensure you are up to date on your rides, schedules, and account security.

2. Transactional Notifications (Required)

Transactional notifications are necessary for the core functionality of the platform. By using our service, you agree to receive these essential communications. They cannot be disabled unless you close your account.

  • Trip Updates: Driver arrivals, cancellations, and delays.
  • Account Security: Password resets, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) codes, and unauthorized login alerts.
  • Payment Receipts: Direct deposit confirmations and invoice notifications.

3. Marketing Notifications (Optional)

We may occasionally send you promotional materials, surveys, or newsletters to help improve your experience or offer new services.

  • You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
  • You can manage these preferences directly from the Profile page in your respective app (Worker, Driver, or Employer).

4. SMS Notifications

Standard message and data rates may apply if you opt-in to receive SMS notifications for trip updates or MFA codes. You can reply STOP to any SMS to opt-out.
