Lead Maintenance/Janitorial

Responsibilities and Duties : * Cleaning equipment * Moping floors * Cleaning windows and mirrors * Maintaining the locker rooms and showers * Vacuuming * Assisting our facility supervisors and vendors * Supervising the janitorial staff * Schedule is M\-F 5 am – 2 pm **Additional Responsibilities** * Supervise and train maintenance staff in custodial duties, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. * Perform residential painting, buffing, and floor care tasks as needed to maintain facility aesthetics. * Oversee commercial cleaning operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and well\-maintained. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services when necessary. * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff use. * Implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency within the team. * Assist in industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring all areas meet operational standards. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in custodial services or facilities maintenance is essential. * Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is preferred. * Strong knowledge of floor care methods including buffing and polishing. * Ability to perform residential painting tasks effectively. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. * Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management. * Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery. * English \& Bilangual is welcome Join our team as a Lead Maintenance professional where your skills will contribute significantly to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all!
