Experience in Tig and Mig welding is preferred but not required. **\-Duties\-** * Retrieve prefabricated parts from pallets in their area. * Perform welding operations using various techniques and equipment * Use the designated jigs to build a variety of different products. * Tacking, welding, and cleaning each product that is assigned. * Use hand drills, grinders, and pallet jacks daily. * Responsible for transporting the pallets to the staging area. * Must be able to lift between 10\- and 60\-pounds daily dependent on the product. * Operating various types of welding equipment. * Using hand tools and power tools to grind, cut and finish products. * Maintaining a clean and organized work area. * Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments as needed * Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet customer specifications * Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition **\-Skills\-** * Proficient in rigging and mechanical knowledge for proper setup of welding equipment * Familiarity with welding codes, standards, and procedures * Ability to solder and weld using steel and aluminum * Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings * Experience in machining and operating tools such as calipers, grinders, and drill * Ability to operate a crane or forklift for material handling purposes Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $18\.00 per hour Shift: * Day shift Work Location: In person
