* Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
* Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain quality and safety.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health regulations.
* Collaborate with front\-of\-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Skills**
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Proven team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff effectively.
* Proficient in food handling techniques and best practices in a kitchen environment.
* Background in fine dining establishments is a plus.
* Solid understanding of inventory control processes to optimize kitchen operations.
