In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by managing their vehicles and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests. If you are enthusiastic, enjoy working in a fast\-paced environment, and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities**: * Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the restaurant. * Assisting guests with parking their vehicles, including handling keys and managing vehicle locations. * Safely parking and retrieving vehicles in a timely manner, ensuring that all cars are treated with care. \- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the valet area. * Communicating effectively with guests about parking procedures and estimated wait times. \- Collaborating with restaurant staff to ensure a seamless experience for guests. * Being knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu and services to answer any guest inquiries. * Monitoring the vehicle flow and adjusting parking strategies as necessary. * Providing guests with assistance as needed, including helping with luggage or special requests **Requirements:** * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with grace. * Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual transmissions if applicable. * Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. * Physical stamina to stand for long periods and assist guests with their belongings. * Reliable and punctual, with a flexible schedule to accommodate busy restaurant hours. **What’s in it for you:** * $10/hr \+ tips * Career advancement opportunities
