**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team, responsible for constructing and fabricating various structures and components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a warehouse environment. **Responsibilities** * Build and assemble structures according to specifications and blueprints. * Fabricate components using various materials, ensuring high\-quality standards. * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Perform millwork tasks as needed, including cutting, shaping, and finishing wood products. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. * Troubleshoot issues that arise during the building process. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in carpentry or a related field is preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment. (Pressurized Nail Gun, Power Saw) * Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. * A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to building and fabrication.
