Guest Satisfaction \& Service * Responding to guest requests and complaints related to room cleanliness or housekeeping services. * Ensuring that VIP and special request rooms are properly prepared. * Assisting with room inspections before guest check\-ins to uphold a high level of service. Inventory \& Supplies Management * Monitoring the use of linens, cleaning products, and guest amenities to prevent shortages. * Coordinating with housekeeping supervisors to ensure proper stocking and distribution of supplies. Compliance \& Safety * Ensuring adherence to hotel policies, health, and safety regulations. * Reporting maintenance issues such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC problems to the engineering department. * Making sure all housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and stored.
