We’re looking for enthusiastic and dependable line cooks to join our kitchen team at Foley’s only Family Entertainment Center! As a key part of our family\-oriented restaurant, you'll help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Our kitchen is high\-energy, guest\-focused, and driven by a passion for great food and service. **Position Summary:** As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high\-quality meals in a casual dining setting. Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, you’ll use your culinary skills to deliver consistent, flavorful dishes that meet our quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to portion, presentation, and timing. * Follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. * Support daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and station maintenance. * Assist with menu planning and accommodate special dietary needs as necessary. * Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service. * Take part in training opportunities to continually improve your culinary skills. **Qualifications:** * Previous experience in a casual dining kitchen or similar environment required. * Proficient in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards. * Familiar with dietary needs, menu planning, and catering processes. * Strong knife skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. * Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude in a high\-volume setting. * Weekend and evening availability required.
