Shift Leader

Shift Leader Duties: \- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the shift staff \- Ensure smooth operations during the shift, including opening and closing procedures \- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues \- Train and mentor new team members \- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed \- Oversee food production and ensure quality standards are met \- Assist with bartending duties as necessary \- Coordinate banquet and catering events \- Collaborate with the assistant manager to implement company policies and procedures Skills: \- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a coffee shop, hotel, or banquet setting \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively \- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices \- Excellent problem\-solving abilities \- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
