Recycle Associate

The Recycler is responsible for recycling vinyl scrap for re\-use. This position grinds and dinks vinyl records for recycling. **Duties/Responsibilities:** ● Recycle PVC compound o Gather recyclable compound by\-products from the production floor and transfer that by\-product to the sorting/recycling area o Sort the by\-product by color and prep for recycling o Use grinding machinery to recycle by\-product and transfer the recycled by\-product compound into bins o Weigh, tag and record completed bins of recycled compound ● Maintain a clean and safe work environment ● Other duties within department that may be assigned ● Adhere to all safety rules and regulations **Required Skills/Abilities:** ● Ability to follow instructions to carry out assignments ● Knowledge of warehouse equipment ● Ability to handle a physically demanding workload with heavy lifting and moving ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail ● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines ● Ability to prioritize tasks Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $15\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
