Zaxby's Restaurant Team Member

We are currently looking for team\-oriented, highly motivated, and energetic Team Members to join our Zaxby's family. Team members will be given the opportunity to work in various fast\-paced positions throughout the entire restaurant which includes, but is not limited to, interacting with guests, taking orders, preparing \& cooking food and cleaning/maintenance. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Zaxby’s Front of House or Back of House Development Plan – online \& hands\-on training * Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests * Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave * Assist with the preparation of food * Maintain awareness of current promotions * Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items * Enthusiastically represent the Zaxby’s brand * Accurately complete orders and guest transactions * Enter guest orders accurately into the point\-of\-sale system * Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts * Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately * Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment * Clean \& maintain guest and work areas * Maintain equipment and informed management of maintenance needs * Stock paper goods, condiments, serve ware, and beverages * Keep work areas clean and organized * Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders * Other work assigned **REQUIREMENTS** * Enjoys working with a team attitude * Enjoys working in a fast\-paced environment * Drive and determination * Desire for personal and professional growth * Restaurant environment; work with advanced kitchen and front\-of\-house operational equipment; hazardous conditions * Essential job functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for standing, walking or sitting for prolonged periods of time. **ABOUT ZAXBY'S** Enjoying great chicken in an atmosphere where you could be yourself?
