PACO Steel of Arkansas is looking to hire a Production Line Supervisor at our Blytheville, AR facility as a part of our I\-Beam Manufacturing division. **Hours:** M\-F 7AM\-5PM **Responsibilities:** Assign and schedule job tasks Analyze production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements Enforce company policies and safety regulations Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality control Maintain time and production records Assist in machine and equipment setup **Benefits**: 401(k) Health insurance Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $20\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
