This leadership role is ideal for someone with a background in upscale dining who thrives in a fast\-paced, high\-touch environment. **Responsibilities** * **Oversee all front of house operations, including host, bar, and serving staff** * Deliver elevated, personalized service while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment * Hire, train, and supervise FOH staff to uphold service standards * Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service flow * Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest experience logistics * Monitor inventory, cleanliness, and appearance of the dining room and bar * Address guest concerns promptly and professionally **Requirements** * **3\+ years of management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment** * Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills * Passion for hospitality and attention to detail * Knowledge of fine dining and wine service is a plus * Ability to lead by example and foster a team\-oriented culture Submit your resume and availability to meet with us.
