**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. If you enjoy interacting with guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable, this role is perfect for you.
**Responsibilities**
\- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
\- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
\- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
\- Manage reservations and room assignments
\- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
\- Operate the hotel phone system and assist with guest calls
\- Perform night audit duties as required
\- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
**Experience**
\- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is preferred
\- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
\- Knowledge of front desk operations in a hotel setting
\- Familiarity with phone systems and handling guest inquiries via phone
\- Multilingual abilities are a plus to assist international guests
Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time
Pay: $12\.00 \- $15\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
