Team Member/Cashier

**Job Overview** We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team at Smoothie King. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast\-paced environment. **Responsibilities** \- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers \- Scan goods and collect payments \- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers \- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area \- Assist customers with inquiries and provide helpful information \- Upsell products and services to increase revenue \- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery \-Keeping the store clean to company and food safety regulations. **Qualifications** \- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred \- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately \- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus \- Ability to work efficiently in a high\-volume setting \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes \- Knowledge of food service industry practices is advantageous Join our team as a Cashier and be part of a dynamic environment where your customer service skills will shine!
