Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this position. **Responsibilities** * Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs. * Conduct thorough presentations of vehicle features and benefits. * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of the automotive market and dealership inventory. * Follow up with leads via phone and email to nurture relationships and drive sales. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage potential customers. * Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals. * Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. * Attend dealership events and community outreach programs to promote the brand. **Skills** * Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. * Organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions effectively. * Experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required. * Public speaking skills to confidently present vehicles to customers. * Ability to work independently in outside sales environments. * Familiarity with dealership operations and market trends is a plus.
