**Local Host \& Property Contact – Orange Beach, AL** (Phoenix V Condo) We are looking for a reliable and responsive **Local Host and Property Contact** to help manage our 3\-bedroom, 2\-bathroom condo at Phoenix V in Orange Beach. The unit is listed on all major booking platforms, with Evolve as our primary property management system. **Location**: Orange Beach, Alabama (Local candidates only) **Compensation**: $250 per month **Responsibilities**: * Set and manage online door codes for each new guest arrival * Answer guest questions and manage any concerns during their stay * Coordinate with our local cleaner for turnovers between stays * Liaise with our list of maintenance contacts or on\-site condo staff when needed * Serve as our local point of contact for any guest\-related or emergency issues **What You WON’T Need to Do:** * Routine cleaning (we currently have a dedicated cleaner) * Be on\-site unless a rare emergency requires your presence **Optional**: If you or your team also offer professional cleaning services, we are open to discussing a combined role as both the local host and cleaner. This would include additional compensation per cleaning and turnover service provided. We’re looking for someone dependable, professional, and solution\-oriented.
