In-Store Field Specialist

We cater to large national retail chains for in\-store assembly of retail products such as: toolboxes, grills, wheelbarrows, patio furniture, lawn mowers, cabinets, etc. As a Field Specialist, you would represent the best of who we are. Primarily as an excellent assembly technician, you understand not only how to build, but that every item we assemble goes to a real person and needs to be assembled to manufacturer specifications. You would be responsible for quality assembly of all items built, introducing new technicians to our culture, completing store quality walks, item repairs, communication with store leadership, and coordinating new crews when needed. **Requirements:** Must be at least 21 years of age. 1\+ years of assembly and leadership experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable transportation – You will be responsible for traveling between 10\-14 stores in your market. Must have your own tools: cordless impact drill w/assorted bits, impact driver, standard socket set, metric socket set, wrench set, hammer, mallet, screwdrivers, safety knife, etc. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $20\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift Work Location: On the road
