The Operations Supervisor will plan, direct and assign work activities in a manufacturing or distribution department. This position will also support and implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials and working conditions. What Do You Need? * 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required * High School Diploma or equivalent, Required * Associate degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired * Previous experience in supervision, Preferred * Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes desired.
