As a Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. **Duties** * Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to. * Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including daily specials. * Take accurate orders from guests using the POS system, ensuring all preferences are noted. * Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. * Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. * Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. * Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. **Skills** * Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. * Experience in fine dining settings is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience. * Proficient in food service techniques and knowledge of food preparation standards. * Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately using the POS system. * Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen environments is beneficial. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
