CNC Maintenance Technician

**Overview** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and possess expertise in various technical areas such as maintaining electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic tools and hydraulic equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure correct and OSHA safe operation of equipment and machinery * Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic tools and hydraulic equipment * Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing methods. * Installing new production equipment * Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints * Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades * Assess the condition of used parts using measuring tools and specifications * Preparing and submitting maintenance reports * Performs routine maintenance on equipment * Maintain Department Preventative Maintenance status * Work with CNC operators on overall equipment effectiveness **Requirements:** * Excellent attention to detail in a manufacturing environment * High School/GED; required * Advanced technical or college training preferred * Industrial maintenance on CNC equipment experiences preferred * Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics * Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $25\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) 4% Match * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
