**Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Counter Manager to lead our beauty counter team. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales while ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and train staff on makeup application techniques and product knowledge. * Manage daily operations of the beauty counter, including inventory management and cash handling. * Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with product selection and makeup application. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance the shopping experience. * Utilize salon software to manage appointments and track sales performance. * Develop promotional strategies to increase beauty cosmetics sales and drive customer engagement. * Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting customers and managing inquiries. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive team environment. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry. * Strong skills in makeup application; cosmetology certification is a plus. * Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions. * Familiarity with salon software is advantageous for managing appointments effectively. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating leadership qualities.
