Executive Housekeeping Supervisor

This role is essential in ensuring that all guest areas are clean, well\-maintained, and welcoming. **Duties** * Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with established standards of cleanliness and safety. * Manage and train housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. * Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back\-of\-house areas. * Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure quality standards are met. * Coordinate floor care maintenance including carpet cleaning, waxing, and buffing hard surfaces. * Handle inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. * Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience. **Requirements** * Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting. * Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and floor care maintenance. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong leadership abilities with experience in training and managing a team. * Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. * Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with staff, guests, and management.
