At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show\-stopping experiences for our guests. **THE JOB:** The Salt \& Ivy Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting with all aspects of daily restaurant operations for Beau Rivage’s Salt \& Ivy, our award winning casual dining restaurant.
