**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to be the face of our hotel, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. You will handle reservations, guest inquiries, and ensure smooth check\-ins/check\-outs. Prior experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and customer service skills are key.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience
* Manage online and phone reservations
* Handle guest payments and verify credit card information
* Provide guests with hotel information, including room availability, amenities, and local attractions
* Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently
* Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet guest expectations
* Upsell hotel services and amenities when applicable
* Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions
**Skills \& Qualifications:**
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast\-paced environment
* Experience with hotel management software is a plus (training provided)
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
