Job Description
**PRIMARY JOB DUTIES**: Greet arriving and departing guests when checking them in and out of the hotel utilizing the hotel computer system. Make reservations, answer incoming telephone calls and transfer calls to other departments as necessary. Perform all tasks listed on the Daily Shift Sheet and perform other duties as assigned and requested by the supervisor.
**SPECIFIC SKILLS**: Must exhibit good customer service skills. Have basic computer knowledge and the ability to multi\-task, using the telephone and computer simultaneously. Must be able to work on a flexible schedule. 1st, 2nd, \& 3rd shifts, weekdays and weekends.
**EDUCATION LEVEL**: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
**EXPERIENCE**: One year of experience working with the public in a customer service role, preferably as a hotel desk clerk, but not required.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: $12\.75 \- $14\.25 per hour
