**Assembler** Type of Position: Hourly / Non\-Exempt Reports To: Production Manager Department: Assembly **Job Summary:** To assemble finished product using sub\-assemblies, parts, and fasteners according to customer specification and company policies. **Essential Job Functions:** · Perform bench\-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub\-assemblies, using hand tools, and electronic and pneumatic tooling · Set and assemble small, large hand tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools · Report defective materials or questionable conditions to leadership · Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations · Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with direct supervision · Ability to concentrate and maintain high attention to detail for long periods of time · Ability to follow established processes and procedures · Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs. **Qualifications:** · High School Diploma or GED required · Minimum of 1 year experience in Assembly or Manufacturing environment preferred · Ability to interpret blueprints preferred Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $16\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
