**Overview** Coscino's has been a Mandeville staple and family tradition for over 20 years. With a delicious menu and a growing live stage entertainment venue, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast\-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each customer has a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you. **Responsibilities** * Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. * Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system or other POS systems. * Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. * Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. * Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any guest inquiries regarding the menu. * Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. * Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain health standards. * Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menu changes, and promotions. **Experience** * Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha is a plus. * Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding guest services. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while multitasking effectively. * A team player who is willing to help colleagues when needed.
