BMS/EPMS Building Automation Foreman (Travel)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BMS/EPMS Building Automations Foreman to lead and oversee the installation of building automation systems in new construction data center projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish. **Responsibilities:** * Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and schematics to understand project requirements. * Develop detailed installation plans, including cable pathways, equipment placement, and system configurations. * Utilize Bluebeam software to markup drawings, document changes, and create as\-built drawings. * Procure and order necessary materials and equipment for projects. * Manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Accurately record and apply daily man\-hours to specific phase codes for cost tracking and analysis. * Provide on\-site leadership and direction to lead installers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. * Conduct daily quality assurance (QA) checks to verify proper installation and functionality of systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during installation. * Collaborate effectively with other trades and project stakeholders. * Maintain a safe and organized work environment. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a BMS/EPMS Building Automations Foreman or similar role. * Strong understanding of building automation systems, including hardware, software, and communication protocols. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and specifications. * Expertise in using Bluebeam software for document markup and management. * Experience in planning cable pathways and installation procedures. * Knowledge of procurement processes and material management. * Ability to manage project schedules and track progress effectively. * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to direct and motivate a team. * Excellent problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
