Our mission is to enhance our patients' quality of life by accurately diagnosing and treating their symptoms. **Role Description:** This is a full\-time on\-site role for a Medical Receptionist / Cashier at Ear, Nose \& Throat Surgical in Madison, MS. As a receptionist / cashier, you will be responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling appointments, understanding basic health insurance, maintaining patient records, and collecting payments and balancing cash drawers daily. **Qualifications:** \- Appointment scheduling and phone etiquette. \- Strong knowledge of medical terminology. \- Experience in an outpatient or clinic setting. \- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \- Strong knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, specifically EPIC. \- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
