We are a premier brand marketing firm that has been rapidly growing due to our innovative, solution\-oriented marketing team! We’ve recently expanded into the New Orleansarea and are seeking a Quality Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will support the customer service and sales team to assist the creation of account support initiatives and outreach strategies for our client.
The main goal is to assist the Senior Customer Service Manager with the creation and execution of a customer service and satisfaction campaign tailored to the goals and initiatives of our client. We work with expanding brands and household names to reach their marketing goals and brand ambitions. Someone in this role would use our organized training techniques to make promotional advertising more seamless for our partners.
**Essential Functions of the Quality Customer Service Representative:**
* Execute customer service campaigns and drive sales revenue through various local marketing and outreach efforts to promote services and further educate consumers on our clients
* Manage campaign development and setup between channel leaders and Marketing team
* Support the marketing and sales department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing campaigns
* Ensure a consistent and concise message to consumers by attending daily client meetings
* Maintain a positive attitude, and promote the company image by focusing on sustaining client relations
* Acquire new clients by engaging customers with a welcoming demeanor and developing a sense of trust
* Contribute to establishing goals, strategies and tactics to assure operational business goals are met and sales revenue is being generated
**Education \& Experience Needed:**
* A high school diploma or GED requirement is required.
* Ability to work well with a team or individually.
* is desirable, but not required.
* Able to have critical conversations with team members on daily/weekly/monthly evaluations when needed.
* Efficient communication skills both verbal and written.
* A go\-getter attitude and a “can\-do” mentality.
* Have an ambitious and creative mindset.

Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: $42,000\.00 \- $54,000\.00 per year
