This position requires a strong understanding of kitchen operations and the ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook various fried dishes according to established recipes and menu guidelines. * Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and culinary standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking equipment and utensils. * Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal flavor and texture. * Assist in menu planning by contributing ideas for new dishes and seasonal offerings. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Conduct regular inventory checks of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management. * Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality. **Qualifications** * Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred, with a focus on fry cooking or similar roles. * Knowledge of food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation methods. * Culinary training or certification is a plus but not required. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
