**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, grocery store management, and excellent administrative skills.
**Duties**
* Manage day\-to\-day store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision
* Develop and implement training programs for employees to enhance their skills
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
* Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
* Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
**Experience**
* Proven experience in retail sales management with a focus on grocery stores
* Strong background in training development and sales management
* Excellent administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Ability to manage a diverse team of employees
* Multilingual skills are a plus to cater to a broader customer base
