In this role, you'll drive service excellence, support financial success, and play a key part in creating a vibrant, high\-performing dining environment. **THE DAY\-TO\-DAY****:** * Lead daily operations including labor, scheduling, inventory, and guest service standards * Implement policies, training programs, and pricing strategies to support operational excellence * Foster a positive team culture while ensuring guest satisfaction and handling concerns promptly * Collaborate with the culinary team and maintain strong product and sanitation knowledge **THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:** * 21\+ years of age * 2\+ years of restaurant leadership experience * Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience * Comprehensive understanding of service steps and customer interaction protocols.
