Bartender/Server

**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast\-paced environment. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar inventory, serving tables, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non\-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment. * Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive dining experience. * Process cash transactions accurately using the Toast POS system and handle cash register duties efficiently. * Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage stock rotation. * Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and address customer needs promptly. * Demonstrate effective time management skills during peak hours to maintain service quality. **Experience** * At least two years’ previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is required. * Proficient in cash handling procedures and retail math skills for accurate transaction processing. * Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team\-oriented environment. * Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for maintaining safety standards.
