Maintenance Person

\*Job Summary\* APPLY IN PERSON We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the facility and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. \*Responsibilities\* \- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment \- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner \- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management \- Keep accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) \- Operate equipment such as ammeters, scissor lifts, and other tools as needed \- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs effectively \*Qualifications\* \- Strong customer service skills to interact with staff and vendors \- Proficient in English for effective communication \- Experience in field service or industrial settings preferred \- Knowledge of industrial electrician practices \- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs \- Familiarity with low voltage systems is a plus Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $16\.65 \- $17\.70 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * On call Work Location: In person
