Lead Solar Electrician

**Position Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Solar Electrician** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and code\-compliant solar electrical work across residential and commercial projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, wire, and commission solar PV systems (roof and ground\-mounted). * Troubleshoot and repair solar electrical systems. * Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and system schematics. * Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes. * Test systems for performance and safety. * Collaborate with installation crews and project managers. * Maintain accurate records of work performed. * Provide excellent customer service when on\-site. **Requirements:** * Proven experience with solar PV systems (2\+ years preferred). * Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. **What We Provide:** * **Company Truck** for work\-related travel. * **Gas Cards** for fuel expenses. * **Wear and Tear (Consumables) Tools** provided. * Competitive compensation and opportunities for growth. * Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality. **Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):** * NABCEP certification. * Experience with battery storage systems. * OSHA 10/30 certification.
